6.0/10

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Imperiale, thanks to its excellent location near major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The breakfast offered a great variety, which I enjoyed each morning. However, I found the air conditioning in my room wasn't effective, making it uncomfortable at times, and there was a bit of noise from the streets during the early hours, which disrupted my sleep.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, but I noticed it could benefit from some updates and the air conditioning hardly worked. A small side table in the bathroom would be helpful for personal items.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating. However, I had an unpleasant experience at check-in with one staff member who was dismissive. The rest of the team were helpful throughout.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is its biggest asset, being within walking distance to key sites and easy to access via public transport. I loved turning left out of the hotel and heading directly to the top of the Spanish Steps.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was good, with a nice range of options to choose from, but I didn't get to try the hotel's restaurant as it was closed during my stay. Many dining options around the hotel made it easy to explore local flavors.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities could use some improvement, especially with air conditioning and noise insulation. WiFi was inconsistent during my stay as well.

5.4/10

I had a great stay at Hotel Imperiale. The central location made it easy to explore Rome, and the breakfast options were a delicious start to my day. However, my room did have some noise issues, especially at night, which disrupted my rest a bit.

Rooms
7.0
My room was well-appointed and super clean, but I did find the bed a bit hard. The bathroom was nice, and I loved the powerful hot shower. Still, I had to deal with some noise from outside and the bed configuration was less than ideal for my comfort.
Service
8.0
Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated that they were willing to help with any requests. I didn’t have any major issues with service, though I did encounter one unhelpful receptionist during checkout.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Via Veneto and close to many attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. I could walk to so many places, which made exploring the city a breeze.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was excellent with a solid variety of options. However, I noticed that the dining service during other times was a bit disorganized, which was a letdown.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers a range of facilities like room service and shuttle services. I found the daily cleaning and towel service to be great, which made my stay quite comfortable.

5.2/10

I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. However, I faced issues with the air conditioning in my room, and the bathroom facilities left a bit to be desired. Breakfast was pretty good, but I found some aspects of the room lacking in comfort.

Rooms
5.0
My room was decent in size but the bathroom was tiny and didn't quite live up to my expectations. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made the nights pretty uncomfortable, especially since I was on the third floor and it was noisy at night. The sofa bed was not suitable for my teen, and I had to request linens several times.
Service
6.0
I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who were very helpful, but the response to the issues I faced with the air conditioning wasn't great. I was told repeatedly that maintenance would be sent, but nothing seemed to happen during my stay.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent - just a short walk to key attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Being in the heart of the city made exploring really convenient.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast each morning was varied and fresh, though I did notice some items ran low at times. The food in the on-site restaurant was delicious, especially the fresh pasta dishes.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel's cleanliness was commendable, I found the amenities a bit lacking. The WiFi was practically unusable, and the bathroom could use better maintenance.

5.6/10

During my stay at Hotel Imperiale, I appreciated the excellent location near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, which made exploring the city easy. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me, but the room I stayed in was quite small and not as modern as I had hoped. While the breakfast selection was decent, I was expecting more variety. Overall, my experience was pleasant, but some aspects fell short of my expectations. 🌍😊

My stay at Hotel Imperiale was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to popular attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. However, the room I received was smaller than expected, unorganized, and the mattress was uncomfortable. While the breakfast had a good selection, it lacked variety over my stay.

Rooms

I found the room to be quite small and not as clean as I expected. The mattress was also uncomfortable, which impacted my sleep quality.
Service
